Registration for the conference has to be done online. Prospective authors can register after the notification of acceptance of full paper for oral presentation. Participants will be informed on steps to follow for submission process from time to time via email. However, participants should follow conference dates mentioned on the website.

*Authors can opt for publication in any of our Scopus/ESCI-indexed partner journals. Additional charges may apply depending on the selected journal. Details on Article Processing Charges shall be made available to registered authors. Payment shall be applicable only if the manuscript has been accepted.

Payments are to be made after the acceptance of full paper. Payment can be made through IMPS/NEFT transactions payable at the following bank.

Instruction for the Authors of Accepted papers

Authors are requested to send the following documents attached in a Zipped file (Manuscript No: as file name) to the conference email address: ismart@fisat.ac.in

Camera Ready Paper (pdf and word, both files). File Name: Paper Submission Number _camera.doc and Paper Submission Number _camera.pdf
Receipt of Registration Fee paid. File Name: (Paper Submission Number _Fee receipt.pdf)
Response to Reviewers (word file). File Name: Paper Submission Number _response.doc

Important Notes:

After payment of registration fee, participants are required to fill the registration form on or before the last date of registration.
Publication in associated journals shall incur additional fees (APC) depending on the journal.
At least one author should register for the conference and present the article to be the part of proceedings.
Registration fees mentioned on the website are for a maximum of 6 authors per paper. Additional authors need to pay an escalated registration fee of 1000 Rs per author irrespective of the category.
Students must upload a valid id card issued by the concerned institute to register in student's category.
Registration fees includes the conference proceedings book publication and certificate of participation.
Publication in associated journals shall follow separate guidelines if any as stipulated by the journals.
The conference is a hybrid event and Registration fees does not include accommodation and transportation expenses.
